History

The Orange has an ancient history, but during time it became a typical tree of the Mediterranean area. Of Chinese origin, its fruits are used in the preparation of sweets and traditional dishes.

The Taste

Its aroma is used in pharmaceuticals as a flavour corrector and is well known for its high content of vitamin C. With a gentle and evocative scent, it brings to mind pleasant winter memories.

The chemical composition of the oils has been certified by gaschromatographic analyses by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technologies of the University of Turin.

They are produced and marketed by Funtanamenta as Natural Flavors for Food - Reg. CE 1334 / 2008-, respecting all safety and hygiene regulations and equipped with the HACCP self-control manual.
